It's all in your head…

Let me clarify…successful fat loss is NOT just a matter of getting your diet and your training in order. There is PLENTY of effective information both online and in print that lays it all out for you.

It's what you DO with that information that counts and THAT is what is all in your head.

There are so many people in this world who know EXACTLY what they need to do to lose fat, yet can't seem to find the motivation or the drive to take that first step and do it.

THAT is where Scott Tousignant comes in.

Scott is a trainer based up in Canada who has taken a very unique approach with his "Unstoppable Fat Loss" product.

You see, this is NOT something that's going to give you a specific diet or an exact training program to drop fat. Not at all!

Scott has interviewed FORTY TWO top trainers to learn their secrets of motivation and success. ANYBODY can read and know WHAT to do to lose fat. It's a select few who can take that knowledge and put it into action, achieving astonishing success. THAT is what Scott is trying to help you accomplish with this interview series.

And what a series this turned out to be! I've listened to several of the interviews and there is some POWERFUL stuff here. If you're lacking in motivation or need some strategies to help propel you to the next level, this product is a must-have.

For example, in the interview with Rob Cooper (a.k.a. the Former Fat Guy), Rob talks about what it was that drove him to the incredible success of dropping 300 pounds of fat from his body and KEEPING it off.

In this sample clip below, you'll learn that you don't have to feel obligated to drink and give in to junk food just because you're out with your friends and they are doing it. You'll learn what you should do in those situations.

Here's another powerful sample…a man by the name of John Riccio…

John was born with Cerebral Palsy, has gone through 49 surgeries and actually DIED at one point before being resuscitated.

And that's not even HALF the story. If you think that you've got obstacles in your way, preventing you from achieving fat loss success, this will open up your eyes!

With all these challenges and so called 'limitations' that John has been faced with, he STILL beats able-bodied people in body building competitions and has peaked at under 4% body fat.

The bottom line here is that motivation CAN be taught. It CAN be learned.

Using the strategies, techniques and changes in MINDSET you'll get from all this multitude of interviews, you can transform your doubts about your ability to lose fat into absolute certainty.

THAT is what these interviews have the potential to do for you.

This is very good stuff and exactly why I agreed to also be a part of this interview product. There are so many products out there that give you a specific game plan but very few (if any!) that really delve into the mindset that it takes to really make significant changes in your body.

"Unstoppable Fat Loss" does a great job with this.

Last thing…whenever I do a review, I not only look for the good stuff to tell you about but I also try and look for weaknesses in a product. I want to give you a good idea of both the positives AND the negatives so you can make an informed decision on whether it's right for you.

Tough thing to do with this series. There is a lot of value here for the money. What I COULD say, though, is that for many busy people, there could be TOO much information. It's a lot to process and if you try and follow every piece of advice at the same time, you may end up with the "paralysis of analysis" and not accomplish anything (right back to square one).

The key here is to digest it in small amounts. Pick an interview or two to listen to per day (Scott has included transcripts so you can actually read along as you listen and highlight important points). Don't try and do it all at once.

Honestly, there are so many different viewpoints and plans of action you can follow, I have a feeling there will be inspiration here for everyone.

Overall, this is an excellent audio interview series. I like the huge variety of trainers - it gives you such a tremendous range of experience to learn from, which is incredibly valuable.

If you're in need of a "shot in the arm" of motivation, THIS is the product to get.
