Honestly, thats really where
all the work gets done, and most things are learned or at the least
proven. But, Again its time to brush up on some simple terminology
and definitions. We all lose such abilities like this when we do
not use it in every day talk. Its good to do a little refreshing
at times.
I wont be able to tell if you cheat
so Ill just have to trust you to be honest and take the test
without looking to an outside source. Either way itll be a
good way for us all to stay on the up and up on some pretty fundamental
vocabulary and such. This time I am going to go a bit harder and
not make them all multiple choice.
1. Define Oxidative Metabolism
2. What is Vaccenic acid
3. Which of the following is classified as a sterol,
and is an essential component of mammalian cell membranes where
it is required to establish proper membrane permeability and fluidity.
A. Water
B. Sodium
C. Cholesterol
D. Testosterone
E. Other ( define)
4. If an athlete
were to hang snatch a bar at 12.5 meters per second, how long would
it take for the bar to travel 4 feet
5. A common unit of measure in the fitness and
nutrition industry first defined by Professor Nicolas Clement
in 1824
Extra Credit: What... is
the air-speed velocity of an unladen swallow?

prize package sent to you!
